Challenges Faced

One of the primary challenges was creating a design that was both visually appealing and functional, reflecting the brand’s masculine aesthetic while ensuring easy navigation. Integrating various e-commerce functionalities, such as product filtering, secure payment gateways, and inventory management, required careful attention to detail. Additionally, ensuring the site’s performance and responsiveness across different devices was crucial.

 

Results and Outcomes

The newly designed GIBS Grooming website led to a significant improvement in user engagement and sales. There was a 50% increase in the conversion rate and a 40% increase in the average order value within the first three months of the site’s launch. User engagement metrics showed a 35% increase in average session duration and a 25% decrease in bounce rate.
